"Know Me, Like Me, Trust Me"

It's not just a slogan, it's a process. Kathy Timmons and Terrell Holman have trademarked this slogan because they believe in the process. It has been the single most common thread in every activity and idea taught at NetWorth. They believe profitable, ongoing, limitless referrals come from great relationships. That’s why everything they do is designed for you to build strong relationships. The socials, the games, the networking activities are all designed to help you introduce your business, find your next big client and nurture those relationships that will help you grow your business for years to come.

“People do business with people they know and like. They will continue to do business when they trust and respect you."

Let us know your thoughts on how you help your potential clients and existing clients through the process of knowing, liking and trusting YOU!

THE ANT PHILOSOPHY: NetWorth has selected the ANT as our Mascot. We believe the qualities of a great Networker often mirror the work ethic of the ANT. Members exemplify this strict code of honor while building their own business and the business of fellow members. The ANT is one of the wisest and most social of all insects. They realize the importance of synergy in achieving any level of success. ANT’s are efficient in every task, self motivated and understand the codependence of working as a team toward a common goal.

Below are some Business Building Principles NetWorth members have learned from the ANT and exemplify in building prosperous, efficient and honorable businesses.

Productivity without the need of supervision
Proactive in resolve and vision
Protect and nurture those you serve
Never complain, criticize or condemn
Unity guarantees a success
Work smarter not harder
Stay diligent to the end
Strategize and plan for success
Understand ONE team/One purpose
Fear NOT large tasks
Look for opportunities to encourage people
Seek out hidden opportunities to succeed
Strive for excellence in every task

Become A "Referral Source": As a professional networker you meet a lot of people. Just because they may not be able to help you with your business does not mean you discard them. There is a proverb that says “what you SOW, you will REAP”. Relating this to your business means, if you learn to give referrals then you will receive referrals. This does not mean it will necessarily come from the same person nevertheless the proverb works. When you leave a conversation with a Client tell them “I am a great Referral Source. I know a lot of people in varied positions and companies that I KNOW, LIKE and TRUST. Should you need anything, don’t hesitate to call me. I may know someone that can help you or at the least, direct you to someone who can.”
This is a productive non-invasive way for your Client to remember you. Even if they don’t need your product or service NOW, they will remember you as a “Referrals Source” and willing to help regardless of a sale. This builds long-term relationships and eventually guarantees a sale somewhere.
Become a “Referral Source” with all your Clients.
Your NetWorth has now been increased!
